Established in 2008, Block 15 aims to elevate excellence in the craft beer and beverage experience, measured by endless passion, curiosity, and drive for accessible brilliance. Our family includes our Corvallis Downtown Pub, South Corvallis Tap Room and Production Brewery & Winery, Caves Corvallis Restaurant, and craft distribution through the Pacific NW.
Our Southtown Tap Room features super fresh beers brewed on-site, bomb sandwiches from our in-house bakery, and stellar snacks from the Block 15 Kitchen, as well as artisanal purveyors from around the region.
